how to do a hard reset on palm m103 and install fugawi maps

my brother has just brought a palm m103 and i want to do a hard reset on it as it has all the last persons info and everything else on it and want to start from scratch (dont know anything about palm as all i have had is pocket pc) it also came with gps and fugawi maps, how do i install this onto the palm can any body help me please or can anybody reccomend any gps software as i tried to put tom tom navigator on it and it is wrong version for the palm thanks
