Situation:
Ipaq 5550 firmware 1.10.00 Italian
Tom Tom 3.03
Tom Tom GPS 2.07
GPS BT Fortuna clip-on
Without TT activated, I'm able to connect to Fortuna GPS (SPP slave conn), but I'm not sure about the com port used (in registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\Connections\0001 I've got ComPortNumber 8, I don't know if It's the right key).
I enable the bt stack of IPAQ, and launch TT. The BT LED of Fortuna starts flashing, the GPS Icon appears in the righ down corner of the pda screens.
If I tap in GPS Status menu tab, nothing appears in the little dot icon connecting the antenna with pda, no satellite, no positioning, but bt is runnign and both the blu lights are flashing.... In the GPS tab I've selected NMEA 0183v2 Bluetooth for GPS and Bluetooth Serial Port COM8 for port. If I change this value to 5, the bt lights stop flash.
I don't know how to do. Could someone help me?
Thank you
