Can anyone comment on Teletype's latest version? If you were using an older version, how does it compare?

Thanks,
Pete R.

to put it bluntly, both of them suck... The only real differentiatior is the claim to have 12 Million POIs for the US. But then we all know that POI data is always old data (by definition) so that's not too much of a bonus.

Thanks for the uncandid response. I had narrowed down my decision to Teletype and now I am unsure again.

What I had gleaned from my research is that Teletype is not the most user-friendly software, however, it seems to have the richest, most detailed street maps. Since I love reading maps I thought that Teletype would keep me more entertained than some other "easier" to use options such as CoPilot. In other words, I am willing to give up some of the ease-of-use in order to have richer maps with more software features. I am totally off the mark here?

Thanks,
Pete R.

Sorry to take you off track. Eventually it is your personal decision but I really think you can find better alternatives.

If you are into accurate maps have a look at Mapopolis. They are not beautiful or complete (well, none are ever complete), but they are accurate. I especially value the "side of street" feature for house numbers.
