Garmin eMap-style recommendation for Pocket PC please

I'm familiar with the information and user interface of my old Garmin eMap. I have TomTom Navigator 3 for road use, but I'd like something similar to my old EMap for walking and worldwide location finding (would be nice to have a worldwide basemap with major roads. Are there any recommendations?
