Navman 635 difficulty installing

Could anybody help. I am trying to install the Pocket GPS World safety camera data base into the Navman ICN 635.
I have followed the instructions but on unzipping there is a file called ending with ov2 but not csv.
Do I have to change the file type from ov2 to csv and if so how do i do this.

You will need to use DumpOV.exe to convert it back into CSV

Or you could use Oldie's POI Converter V3 from here. It's the fourth one on the list and is best installed to its default directory. You can use it to convert between all manner of formats.
