TomTom Mount?

Has there been any sign of the promised factory unit for the TomTom Go,whilst still impressed with the devices performance,I find the mount a bit clunky.I would have thought that 3rd party manufacturers would be clamouring to get the franchise!!
Incidentally I bought my daughter an Ipaq based TOMTOM Go,included were Cd roms with maps for the UK and Europe.I wonder if I made the right choice with my earlier purchase!

Brodit have come up with a TomTom GO mount that can be put on one of their ProClips or similar. You should be able to find it on their site.

Hi,

To be able to use the Brodit mount for the TomTom Go you need two things..

1. Brodit TomTom GO Mount
2. Brodit ProClip for your car

The ProClip attaches to your car, then the Brodit TomTom mount attaches to the ProClip, and the TomTom Go Device then connects to that. The Car Kit as a whole is very neat and tidy.
