Hi guys... first ever posting here... this is a great resource.

I have recently bought TT3 added the Traffic feature, and am now tinkering with it all. I have discovered (with this forums help) CheckPOInt / POIplace and have installed a load of speed camera overlays (I guess about 10 of them)... they all appear OK on the map, but I do not get any sound out of the unit (all the navigation voice prompts work OK). As far as I can tell I have set CheckPOInt up correctly... I've set it to detect POIs from the relevant overlays, I've added the .wav files to the properties (and it plays OK when I click on the "..." button...) but no sound!!
I have also set CheckPOInt to start when TT starts.... anyone have any more suggestions? I'd be grateful for any help.

Thanks guys

Pete

Hi PeteC

Are you starting CheckPOInt first? as TT doesn't start CheckPOInt. CheckPOInt starts TT.

Yep Carbon.. you were right on the money there... I was not starting CheckPOInt as I had misunderstood the way TT and CP work together... thanks for your help
