Hi, Yesterday I had TT3 on my pda, and I updatded it with version 3.03 which I now think was a mistake as I have lost roads and whole areas?

Has anyone else noticed this when updating to 3.03? I now seem to drive down roads that aren't on the maps (but were yesterday) and the whole area of Barkingside seems to have vanished into thin air Laughing Out Loud

Any ideas?

This is certainly not caused by TTN 3.07 . Have you defragmented your storage card recently?

Hi, haven't touched it!

I downloaded the update from Tomtom website, followed instructionsand then it downloaded onto my pda through the sync cradle, pda said it neede to reset which it did automatically.

Since then I have lost these roads, all my favourite locations and also my Point of Interest..

Should I reinstall the original Version 3 ?

yeah its 3.07 cheers!!

Ok i have found the problem...it apears to be only showing Motorways and A and B roads ?? There are no 'side' turnings or small roads at all. Even when I moce the 'roads' bar to maximum it only shows A, B and M'ways.

This has ONLY happened since I installed this update.... and I have not touched any settings...

Anyone have any ideas how I getmy little roads back??! Laughing Out Loud

Do you think just reinstalling TomTom3 off the Cd will do it?

I think you switched to the MRE map. Switch it back to your local map.

there's one more option - in map view, on the bottom tap the slider and then say "show more roads"

When I go into my Storage device I have two folders, Major Roads of Europe and Great Britain Roads. when I open these folders there is a file in each one that I cna open and it opens Navigator.

When I tap on the Europe one it opens the software. But when I tap on the Great Britain one it says "No Maps found, please install and activate an original TomTom Navigator 3 map first".

Can some help me get my GB maps back into the storage card pleeeease :-) ??

That was really odd, I don't know what happened, but as I said, I downloaded the update to 3.03 from TomTom website and it seemed to balls everything up!?

I'll just stick to this one for now Laughing Out Loud
