I don't think these two problems are related. One side question - do you hve TomTom installed? _________________ Lutz

yes, I have tried to install Tom Tom but the problem is the same.
this problem born when I install my BT-308, 6315 can connect with this (com port) but also Tom Tom can't establish a connection.
If I install BT-308 alone the problem is the same. |

This is where your problem is. The TomTom GPS driver is also corrupting the BT stack. You need to completely remove the TomTOm GPS driver (check it twice !!!) and then re-install the TomTom GPS version 2.07 from our downloads page. This will also resolve the headset problem. _________________ Lutz

thanks lbendlin
this problem appear without tomtom gps
I make a reset of my 6315 ( full reset, 6315 like new) then I have tried to install headset and all is ok but when I install B3-308 through bluetooth manager (without tomtom or tomtomgps) the problem appear.
(the com port of Bt establish a connection with bt-308 but headset does not work more) |

What ROM version is your iPAQ?
It should be 1.0.01 ENG from 07/10/04 plus the XIP version 4.20.14133.2 ( the T-Mobile patch) or better. _________________ Lutz

that's not the latest version. You can get the latest from here
http://www.t-mobile.com/HPUpdate/
I'ts not specific to headsets, but I have had no problems with mine after this update.
Maybe your BT headset is non-standard _________________ Lutz
