Hi guys, a bit of advice for a GPS newbie.
The GF has a XDAII & we are looking to add some form of Sat Nav software to use with it. I was looking at TomTom Nav 3, it's seems the most popuar etc.
Firstly, does anyone else use an XDAII with TomTom, or an other & are there any issues I need to be aware of. The XDAII isn't the most reliable of tools at times.
Also, would anyone recomend an alternative? I know I will need an SD card to extend the memory, bar that, I'm guessing / hoping it is all quite simple.
Cheers
Frank. |

As long as you update to 3.07 from www.tomtom.com your PDA would run tom tom fine. If you are going to use Serial cable you need to turn IR of.
To do this click on:
Start, settings, connections, beam, and un tick the box. Navman BT 4410 or 4420 are compatible also, but you need to download a patch that allows you to pair the device with the pin key of NAVMAN. _________________ Regards
