I'm finding that I can't use Traffic when it's dark because the Bluetooth light on top of my PDA (ipaq 4150) is so bright that it lights up the inside of the car and is very distracting. Anyone know how to disable it (other than sticking a bit of black tape over it)? |

1. Open up your favorite registry editor and go to:
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\BWLEDMgr
3. Inside the BWLEDMgr keyfolder is a string called "Dll"
4. Rename that to "xDll" then do a soft reset. That should take out the blue led.
This was posted on my forum for a 1940.... I dont know if its work for your 4150, but I think it will...

Sadly that registry key doesn't exist on my 4150, but thanks for the tip -- the registry editor may well come in handy anyway. I'll give Google a bashing and see what I can come up with. |

OK---
By the way.... The tweak was for a HP hx4700 not a 1900.
I will also have a further look to find simmilar for other models... _________________ Gunnar Nystul, Forum Admin, TomTom Forum Norway and Nystul Navigasjon |
