How to load GPS POI's with PCSuite/TOMTOM mobile/Nokia 6600

I recently posted a problem relating to the GPS POI database not being recognised by TOMTOM mobile when used in a Nokia 6600.

I was informed this couldn't be done with the phone/pc software supplied
by Nokia (PC Suite).

Well this is incorrect, Pc Suite can be used.

Connect to the phone via bluetooth, open pc suite and make sure you have a connection. Then copy the .OV2 and .BMP files into the map directory of the TomTom phone card. Then highlight the individual files on the card, right mouse click then select properties, then tick the archive box.

Reboot The phone and Bob's your Auntie.
