I have just bought this software for my HP2210/Holux230. TT3 works great with this setup
However when I try to match the software it says there are no BT connections
Has anyone any ideas?

This is an old problem - many versions of TomTom GPS, including those usually found on Navigator 3 CDs, mess with the Pocket PC's Bluetooth stack.


The best thing is probably to uninstall the TomTom Navigator 3 software and TomTom GPS software using Remove Programs on the Pocket PC. To do this, soft reset then tap Settings, System tab, Remove Programs, and choose each of those (be aware that TomTom ~ GPS requires removing twice - you'll be forced to soft reset after the first removal and possibly after the second).

Then go to support.tomtom.com and download the Navigator 3.07 update - or, if you use TomTom Traffic, get both the GPS 3.07 update and the Navigator 3.07T update (you need to log into your Traffic account to get the download link).

Install what you've just downloaded (the non-Traffic version of Navigator 3.07 includes GPS 3.07).


You've now updated everything to the latest version. If you still have this problem with your other software, remove "TomTom ~ GPS" once using Remove Programs as described above, which will remove the changes that TomTom GPS makes to your Pocket PC's Bluetooth stack.
