A lot of the listed software will force its way into main memory even if you select SD card - the cabinet files are built in such a way as to do that.

If you want to move any software explicitly from a storage card to main memory, the best way is to uninstall (either using Add/Remove Programs on your PC if such a feature is provided, or the Remove button in ActiveSync's Add/Remove Programs if it's not), then reinstall.
