Speeding up the Demo mode

When using the Demo Mode, how can you speed it up?? (i.e. so you get to the more interesting/unknown parts of a trip).

The only thing you can do is set the start of yout trip to be near the "interesting" part.

This annoys me, too. The first 15 minutes of the demonstration is the roads and towns near my house -- which I already know!

You can use Oldie's excellent LogConverter program to view the recorded route on the map.

Extract from the Readme file:

Program name: LogConverter v1.04
Purpose: LogConverter can be used to show the track stored in a TomTom Navigator Log file by converting it to a format suitable for display in a mapping program on a PC, or by converting it to a TomTom POI overlay for display in Navigator on a PocketPC.
