New Safety Camera Update

Hi,

Could somebody please explain what I have to do to download the latest version of the Safety Camera Data. I do not under stand what is meant by the following.

"Please note that this means you will have to disable the old POI in TomTom Navigator 1 / 2 / 3 and your POI Notification software and re-add the new ones ".

At present my Ipaq 3970, TT2 with CheckPoint version 3.2 works well, even with the out of date data, so I don't want to screw it up for the sake of asking the experts.
