Not too sure if this software means I can use Pocket GPS database and any audio warnings of cameras etc...

The page that Lutz gave you a link to looks like their own speed camera overlays covering: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Italy. (So not the UK.) If you want audio warnings as you approach a speed camera, you also need to download the SpeedLimit software on the same site.
