Help Activation code has changed straight after registering!

Last night i loaded TT3 onto my new spv m1000 phone.
i had only ever used TT3 on one other device and that was registered back in march.
I knew i could register another unit so installed and went ahead.
after going thru the process on www.ttcode.com i entered the key into the m1000 and everything worked. then 2 minutes later the unit froze while trying to open tomtom.
i soft reseted it and then it asked me to go online and activate again. No its saying i have used my two users and the code is different from the pda than the one being generated before!!!
i am trying to get thru to tomtotm but they are always busy!

Please help me!

do you still have the .axs file in the \my documents folder?

thanks for trying to help after 40 mins on the phone i got thru to tomtom who reset my code for me!
