TOMTOM STOP WORKING AFTER POI WARNER REGISTRATION

eVERYTHINGS WAS ok WITH tomtom ALSO AFTER POI WARNER INSTALLATION.
bUT AFTER REGISTRATION AN ERROR OCCOURS ON TOMTOM START UP.
I USE IPAQ 1915
ANYBODY DOES HAVE AN EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM?

BEEFY, thanks for answer.
referring to the POI WARNER and TOM TOM...

POI WARNER, in demo mode I had no problem with TOmTOm, but after registration TOMTOm hangs
with the following error code.
(0XC0000094 ADDR.01FBF1AC)
I uninstalled POI but the problem remains, then , after a brainstorm,I remove the OV2 file from POI warner and TOMTOM restarted.
Do you think is a OV2 corrupted file, rather a memory depending effect?
