ON 14 oct i ordered Silver Shield HP Ipaq 2210/2215 Amplified Speaker Mount from PDA MODS(WEB transaction) same day i had an email from worldpay confirming that money transation is complete. i never received any order confirmation from PDAMOD. Since i have no in formation about this from them i have sent about 6 email without any reply. i also tried to ring them whole day yesterday and today; it always gives engaged tone.
finally i managed to get through to the sales just now. they told me that tthe order did not go through becuse the credit card company refuse to pay them. i asked them why didn't they send me an email . he has no answers for that. now i have to check the credit card company to see if they really paid them. the world pay has send me an email saying that this transation was complete
any way all in all a poor service from PDAMODS

Dear Sir,

We clearly state on your order form that the address details you provide must match the cardholders address, all your details were incorrect.

1) We informed you within 24 hours to reorder using the correct details
2) We have replied to all your emails stating exactly what information we received from your bank.
3) You were emailed again after 5 days to tell you that the order has been cancelled due to incorrect address details.

Please note that the above measure are to protect against fraud.

sorry to jump in but i bought a gps kit from pdamods. it arrived 2 days after ordering it but they sent me the wrong mmc card (128mb instead of the 256mb) easy mistake.

got in touch with them and they told me to send it back . i sent it back and 2 days later new card arrived . great .

on wed 3rd my silvershield mount developed a problem i got in touch with them they told me to send it back i did and got a new one this morning fri 5th

i would just like to say thanks to pdamods for dealing with my problems so well and would not hesitate to order from them again (cheers ian)

bottom line is sometimes things go wrong and sometimes they dont.
