I have a hp2210 have downloaded checkpoint 2.02 ok also downloaded database onto sd card but when i start Navigator, goto properties to poi tabs there is no POCKETGPS UK SC tab to check ,only a checkpoint tab ,which i have checked but has not made any difference please point me in the right direction im new to this and am nearly bald from ripping my hair out in despair |

Stop ripping your hair out! And
You need to put the PocketGPS databases in the same place that your Navigator map is in. I have a feeling that you haven't done this.
If your map data for Navigator is on the SD card make sure it is in the same directory, then you will see the icons to select when you go into Properties=>POI. _________________ Beefy

Hi
Thanks for assitance ,I checked on contents of sd card found navigator map ok ,within directory is file pocketgps_uk_sc but still no poi tab am i missing a file? |

For each database you need the database.ov2 and database.bmp files. You can see the file extensions if you browse to your storage card from the PC via ActiveSync. _________________ Darren Griffin |
