GR-211 Mini Mouse Feedback

Hi johnmar

In December 2004 I bought a GR-211 after reading the review on this website Holux GR-211 Review the one I actually received was a GR-211P not the GR-211X. The only difference that I can see is the styling and the connector which is now smaller.

This hasn’t been an issue as I’m using a holux cable and a homemade mount. As to the number of satellites for a fix I must say that I’m achieving the same results as Dave Burrows quoted in his review, usually 7-9. As it was my first purchase of a gps receiver all I can say is that has been very reliable, never failed to get a fix and has been fit and forget as it can not be seen from the driving seat of my vehicle.
