Ok, plugged my 2210 into its vradle and the BT and power stayed on permanently. Did a soft reset and 2210 went into complete setup mode from scratch. OK, I though, so I did that reloaded CP5 but now I have no speech. Everything else works ok in planning and driving a route but no voices. Tried everything I can think of...help! |

Did you create a quickstart card ? If so you can just go into the 2577 directory and re-run the voice CAB file (TTS).
There was a known bug in CPL4 and also early versions of CPL5 that TTS wouldn't install on the first time round, but on the previous releases it seemed to go ok and I was lead to believe this was fixed (and haven't seen it myself since). |

Thanks Dave. That seemed to work. Seems weird for the 2210 to lock up and a soft reset force a complete reinstall of everything. Life in the fast lane......... |
