Just a quick note to let you know about the superb service I have received from GlobalPositioningSystems.co.uk.
I purchased the TT Mobile for my Nokia 6600, upon receiving the kit I couldn't get the software to run, I contacted the helpline and was helped by a courteous gentleman who ran through a few things to check. He couldn't help me and suggested phoning the TT helpdesk. Unfortunately they don't work weekends (this was Saturday). Being an impatient sort of person, I took the phone to my local Nokia service repair center where they checked the phone and narrowed the problem down to the TT software being the problem.
I called back GlobalPositioningSystems.co.uk the same day and let them know, they still suggested waiting and contacting TT on the Monday(yesterday) as I said I'm impatient so I said that I'd rather have a replacement. They gave me a return number straight away.
I sent the equipment back yesterday (monday) by Special Delivery, they said if I put the receipt in they would refund the postage, it was only 4.05GBP so I didn't bother.
They emailed me today (Tuesday) at 10:01 to say the package had arrived and I would hear from them soon.
At 16:06 I received another email saying a new package had been sent next day delivery scheduled to arrive before 13:00.

How's that for service!!!!
