I have read many examples of good and bad service from this company but as they were by far the cheapest for TT3 BT with a 256mb sd card and TT car mount I decided to make an order. I placed this on a Sunday and recieved a text message the following morning advising the order was being picked and sent out the full details came by email. I choose the free post option and my parcel arrived on Wednesday. I could not have asked for more from the company. :D I spent about two weeks looking everywhere for the best price and loads of bids on Ebay to no avial as people are paying more for used goods than new from online companies madness !!

I also had excellent service from Globalpositioning systems.
I rang on Thursday at 1pm, their website said 1 product in stock, got through on the phone in under a minute. Placed order, also discussed car mount options. Ordered on Next Day before noon delivery.

Got confirmation text and e-mail soon after order was placed, also update when good were dispatched at approx 4pm. With link to royal mail for tracking.

Goods arrived at 9am on Friday.

I have ordered thre seperate times from them and each time it was first class.

1) Navman Pin (Mio 168)

2) PDA mount + CF card + in car leads for above

3) Mio 558

All were ordered on next day service at approx 15:00 and all were received next day at approx 09:00!
Text message approx 15-30 mins after on-line order followed by e-mail
when despatched with on-line tracking details (2 different carriers).
Excellent service.

The clincher : I had a problem with the car lead - replaced by return of post - delivered by courier and plenty of e-mail contact regarding issue.

they will get my next order.

I brought my Tom Tom European maps from these folks -definitely no complaints.
