Orderded Tom Tom 3 + ipaq 4150 package from pdaonline.co.uk on 10/10/04 Their web page showing they had 2 in stock.
Paid £433 which included £8.50 for 1-3 days delivery, this should have made delivery on the 12 or 13 October.
Emailed pdaonline 12th for indication of delivery, no response from them.
Emailed twice on 13th again no response.
Telephoned on 14th to be told the product was not in stock with no indication when it would be.
Service at its poorest!!!!

i on the other hand had a tottally different experience to your self. There staff we extremely helpful guiding me through the different systems. I ordered at 1.oo pm, Monday and on tuesday moring it arrived.
