Hi All,

Can anyone help me with this one?

I'm running a HP2210 with Tom Tom 3 and I am using POI handler and POIWarner.

I am in the process of adding all POI's for the Newcastle area onto my pda as I am going along, I am then uploading them onto their database on the site.

The problem I have is, that when I upload to the site, I lose quite a few of the POI's mainly the ones which are in close proximity to one another, i.e If I had two pubs which were next door to one another after uploading and after I sync', one of the pubs will of dissappeared without a trace.

Anyone have any ideas of how to over come this bug?

Thanks in advance

Gary

I think this may be down to POI handler and the way it imports, as this seems to look for duplicates that are close together and deletes one of them.

I would expect as you are entering these with POI-Warner, they are being tagged with the POI Warner data in the description. You have the option within the "POI Manager" to edit these POI's and change the text. I would try to changing the text with a description of the POI (eg. Modo [Newcastle]) and save it. Then after you have done this then upload to POI Handler and see if this still deletes nearby POI's.

If this doesn't work then try emailing Marcel Timmermans at info_at_poihandler.com with the POI files and ask him to upload them, he is usually pretty helpful.
