tomtom 3 & Ipaq 2210 GPS unreliable

Well gents i have an update on my problem.

I met with my friend today and i plug my ipaq 2210 into his cradle and guess what, hey presto my gps worked so he plugged his ipaq 2210 into my cradle and nothing, so we tried chopping and changing and we have eliminated everything so i know its my cradle thatis knackered and needs replacing - not very good considering its brand new.
But at least i know what the problem was, i just wonder how many of the other people on here who have had the same problems as me, turn out to be a faulty cradle.
I haver rung GPS and they are sending me a replacement that i should recieve within 72hrs.
