HELP NEEDED PLEASE - TOMTOM/IPAC 2200

I am having a problem with the Bluetooth console. When I switch on, the console appears requesting me to Select a Buetooth Device. I click cancel - the screen clears then returns to the console again. I have tried all ways to cancel but without success. I have spent hours today trying to solve this problem including deleting and re-installing the program.Could Checkpoint and/or postcodes be the cause? Can anyone help me please?

I have found the solution to my problem. Either click on the GPS icon or go to Start - Settings- System-GPS-GPS
The top two boxes should read TomTom Navigator GPS & Serial Cable on Com!: Mine didn't. To change these click on the tick on the lefthand side then change to above. THEN click on the square where the tick was to lock the boxes. Problem finally solved.
