Was just wondering if someone could send me the software. I tried looking on the site but do not see the upgrade listed.

I manage to get the software from their site. via FTP. I installed and after some tries I got it working. I check with Crux view and it show v2 installed. But it would not sync to any sat... after trying for some time I finally saw a green light ( actually after leaving NYC and getting to more rural areas ) but It still doesn't show any sat in display and Crux doesn't show any data in either ST or XT mode. Anyone have any ideas?

Did you remove the battery for 10 mins after you did the upgrade
