Where do POIs go on the PDA?

I've downloaded a selection of POIs (motorway service stations, postcodes, national trust properties etc.)and unzipped them into OV2 format on my daughter's PC laptop and now need to send them to my PDA at the next syncing session. Which folder do I need to install them in on my PDA so that they are useable in TomTom3 navigator? I've already downloaded CheckPOInt and got it working with the speed camera database.
