ChechPOInt 2.0 want go away!!!

I have installed CheckPOInt 3.2 and working well, however CheckPOINt 2.0 appears to still be there.

I have tried to uninstall it, but it is not there to select from, but it still shows up in the start menu.

Can anyone help please as I am sure that it affects performance of my PPC

Yes, you didn't uninstall CheckPOInt 2 first before installing 3.2. Just go into File Explorer, browse to \Windows\Start Menu and delete the icon from there or if it's in Programs, go into Programs from within Start Menu in File Explorer and delete the icon from there.

As you haven't uninstalled (or it didn't uninstall correctly), then you may find there are still some 2.x stray files on the PPC, but there's no easy way of deleting these as these may be required for v3, so you may be using a little more storage space then you bargain for, but it's only going to be kilobytes, a megabyte at the most.
