I posted this in tomtom area, but only 1 positive response, but no actual definative "yes I use ...... and it works fine". So I'm trying here

can anyone advise on which pocket pc phones work with tomtom bluetooth gps, I-mate-PDA2K, I-mate JAM GSM/or Qtexk 2020 ......

Mobile 5 version sounds ok but the screen sizes of smart phones I think are are far far too small (as a map on the screen)!!!

They all work, I use an XDAII, the XDAIIi works as does the XDAIIs and the JAM works also.

thanks /- so which version of tomtom do you use, because mobile 5 version is not listed (on tomtom www) as working on any pda pocket pc phones only the following
Motorola MPX 220
Nokia 6260 , 6600 , 6630 , 6670 , 7610 , 7710 , 9300 , 9500

TomTom Mobile is for smartphones, i.e. handsets such as the SPV C500 or Nokia 6600's. These are not the same as PocketPC Phone Edition devices such as the XDA's for which you need the PocketPC version. FWIW I'm using PocketPC v5 with an XDAII and Mobile v5 with a C500.
