hey i have downloaded te pocket gps poi file BIG THANKS!!!
but when i try and install it on the navman 510 is tells me the above message and wont let me load them?

also in the folder provided is 2 sets of what looks like the same files in a different folder what are these?

and all the files seem to think they are excel files is this right?

i used that and unless im missing something it doesnt say what to do in this situation?
any ideas?

Fortunately the instructions tell you exactly what you need to do, so I suspect you aren't quite reading them correctly or are skipping a step.

You need to extract the BMP and CSV files that you want to install.

Once done so, you need to open the CSV file (not double clicking it-as I suspect this is what you have done) but opening it in Notepad.

If you double click the CSV file it will open up in Excel and when you delete the first two lines and re-save you will corrupt the file. Hence why you need to use NOTEPAD.

Opening in Excel and re-saving will give you the NO POI'S TO IMPORT message.

Please do re-read the instructions. We've tested this hundreds of times now using these instructions and others are using these too to load cameras to the iCN's without problem.
