Hi all, anybody know anything about the TomTom Ride? built for motorbikes. I snipped the following from motor bike site.


Finally !! It had to happen !! One of the GPS manufacturers has finally figured out that the motorcycle GPS is a special market, and have special needs. TomTom, a general purpose GPS manufacturer have produced a specials GPS meant for us motorcyclists !

Called the TomTomRider, the touchscreen driven GPS can be operated with any type of glove, the screen is big, the riding instructions are in 3D and even better, the unit is equipped with Bluetooth, so you can receive vocal instructions directly into your Bluetooth equipped helmet !!




The unit can also route your phone calls to your Bluetooth telephone (GSM) ! What more do you want !! Christmas is too far away, I need to get my hands on one of these units !!
