I have recently bought and installed the Tomtom 3 Dell Axim Sat Nav Kit but, when using it in the car, have not heard any voice instructions.
I have TURN SOUND ON and have Tested the voice. I also have the volume turned up to MAX, yet neither I nor my passenger have heard any voice instructions.
I may not choose to use the voice eventually, but I would still like to hear it! |

In preferences it should show "Turn Sound OFF" to hear the voice.

| That "reverse" logic threw me for a bit too, it does make perfect sense when you think about it, but as a beginner I found it slightly confusing to see something crossed out on the screen which means that it is ON !! |

No wonder I am having problems!! I'll now go through everything and change all the options!!
When I choose to delete something with YES the item in question reappears. Maybe I should choose NO?? |
