tomtom always asks for bt device before starting ?

When I start tomtom on my 2210 it always go's tto the bluetooth screen and i have to click the clip on icon to start the connection before tomtom starts. I have done the pairing with the 0000 pass key, are there any other settings I have missed ??. Surely tomtom should just start and talk to the gps on its own ?

This is a "feature" of the OS rather than TomTom. Please read the thread in the TomTom forum regarding the automatic connection - it describes how to fix that feature.
