medion sat nav

Hi,
I too am new to this and have bought a medion 9500 (mdppc150) satnav pda from Aldi (is this a mitac168?) same as greybeard. I have checked poi warner site and this model uses medion-navigator 4 (may be navigon?) system which is compatible with poi warner. Download is available at http://www.poihandler.com/ and a list of poi's does appear to include speed camera sites, though i haven't tried it yet as it is not free. Anyone out there with any further knowledge please feel free to confirm/contradict.

been there...the only formats available there are:
TomTom ov2 format
Destinator3.0 75 and higher
Mio Map 3.0 75 and higher
X road V2
Navman SmartST V3
Trip C

which is the one for the Medion?

Anyone know?

and is it speed 30, speed 40 etc or all of them

Hi neouk,
from my link, poihandler.com, scroll down to new : POIHandler.com added Medion-Navigator 4 to its service! and click on link word "here". this will take you to http://www.navigating.de/Medion4_en/POI/Index.htm. Select medion navigator, and off you go! You will see that you have medion-navigator 4. Follow intro and other options on left task bar. Hope this helps. Let me (us) know!!!
