did you manage to spot where the limit changes in each direction, or only the repeater signs? I've looked though my videos again from today and can't see any signs other than the repeaters.

The repeater signs are all you need.

When travelling from Hillingdon to London the first 50 to 40 is just by the footbridge west of the Target underpass.
On the other side of that 40 sign is the first 50 sign travelling out of London.

Because there is no Eastbound Specs there I've asked for a dummy 40 Specs to be inserted as a warning.

So, in a nutshell ......

Eastbound:

70 to Hillingdon Station
60 to the Polish
50 to the Target
40 through to the Marylebone road

Westbound:

40 all the way to the Target
50 to the Polish
70 NSL from there on

Where does it say that only repeaters are needed in the REGULATIONS Kremmen? I can't find it. The only bit I can find is for the 'full size' one placed at a change of speed limit. I am aware of repeater usage.

I'm no legal expert but the lighted mobile signs say the speed limit has changed and watch/obey the speed signs.

The shiny new 40 signs are in place so ignore them at your cost.
