Navigon doesn't have support for 3rd party POIs.

The TomTom app has been coded to look in a folder for POIs and knows how to use them (albeit with a slight hack).

The Navigon app has not been coded to do that so you're wanting a feature that doesn't exist.

The next best thing is to use our mobile POI site: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/mobilepoi

Or, for speed cameras, use CamerAlert.
