New Telmap on a Samsung Galaxy S2 Batery icon wrong

Have installed the new Telmap 5, however i have noticed that the battery power icon on it shows a depleted battery even when its full.

The battery power icon is displayed by Telmap 5? I thought on Android it is a system icon displayed in the upper part of the screen in system bar and not by Telmap 5.

Yes top right shows battery status, however top left on the telmap map screen shows battery status next GPS, next, time and finally phone signal bars.
