POI Sync Tool, similar to POI-Warner

Hi,

Before getting a GO LIVE 1000, I had Tomtom on an HP iPAQ unit.

On the iPAQ I had a additional 3rd Party application called POI-Warner, which along with other functionality had a feature which would allow me to select various 3rd party POI files and automatically keep them updates direct to the Tomtom Map.

No I realise that this isn't possible with the newer Tomtom units, but is there any Windows based programs that would provide similar functionality, as in the ability to select POI's and then keep them up-to-date. I realise that I'd still need to manaully upload them, but would save from having to individually redownload on the off chance that there had been an update.
