Size of print in Status Bar

Since buying a new map and getting an update about 2 months ago, I've solved the problem of the postcode search not working properly, but now there is another problem.

The print in the Status Bar when it is horizontal, ie along the bottom, has become much smaller than previously. So much so that it is now hard to see without straining my eyes.

But when I make the Status Bar vertical, the type remains large as before.

Anyone know how to revert the type in Horizontal to the larger typeface?

What device do you have? Which Map version and which application.

Go to Change Preferences/ Status Bar Preferences and deselect some of the items you have showing, this will increase the size of the remaining objects - Mike

I could be wrong, but I think you're remembering wrongly. I don't think anything has changed with the font size, if the same items are selected as before, and the signal strength bar always used to be there (in fact TomTom are starting to REMOVE it on recent software versions, not put it back.

The largest type face I can get is just to have 'show speed next to max speed' and 'distance to destination' selected in the horizontal format. But then there may be software differences?

on my ONE v4, I find if you have 4 things on the status bar then the font size is fine, select 5 or 6 and it becomes too small.
