In a word = No.

They use their own encrypted database format.

I have been using a K1 for a year or so and have concluded that Inforad cherrypick any new reports from the PGPSW database to add to their own dubious offering

Virtually all the GATSOs in my area have incorrect directional data ('tho it has to be said that they will correct these if directly contacted via their upload manager)

It also would appear that Inforad does not delete withdrawn PGPSW data so, for instance, legacy SPECS warnings for works on the M6 remain current and scream overspeed warnings until you turn the damned thing off

All in all it leaves a bad taste for what Inforad claim is a PGPSW database - in fact I'm surprised that PGPSW tolerate this abuse of their hard won reputation for accurate and timely data
