You children are all the same! Stop it! I haven't previously contributed one single word to this thread, yet you slag me off behind my back as a catcher of more fishes than there are, then as a keeper of fishes that I haven't caught. And rayle has the nerve to claim oapness that he hasn't got.

When I were a lad and had threepence from 't factory, I used to respect my elders. You lot could learn a lot from my example. Evil or Very Mad

And what's that about getting fresh fish? In Essex? You gotta be joking. Leeds, yes. Essex, you're having a larf!

C'mon! It was rayle himself who started it off, talking about oapness and fresh fishes.

'Ere DennisN, now don't you go slagging off Essex - a little place I eat in occasionally in West Mersea (NO, NOT Mersey oop north) does fresher fish and shellfish than you'll ever see in Harry Ramsden's Razz

(who cares if rayle's lost interest in the topic? Rolling Eyes )

But the topic is effectively closed. If he does not want to join in our slagging off of everyone and his dog, surely that's his perogative Very Happy
