They do not download. The zip file is empty. Just thought you might want to know.

Mighty strange...
I just tried a test download and on the first try I agree with you - the zip archive downloaded OK but is empty.

I tried again, using the "show link" option and still got an empty file, but on the THIRD attempt (in an attempt to try the .csv format rather then TomTom .ov2), I now cannot get the Subway category to show at all, whatever I do!

Always something odd going on with this page, but maybe Richard is just being really efficient and has taken it down already while he checks it.....

Thanks for checking it out. I don't imminently need a Subway sandwich so I won't go hungry. It's just that I have not tweaked my 920 for a while and since getting it to recognize my phone, well ANY PHONE (or bluetooth) had me going a few months back and last night I tackled it, I just went looking for more challenges!

Now I've given them a challenge.... Twisted Evil

PS: Darn, that challenge did not last long - Subway is back and the poi file downloaded.

THANKS to the powers that be!

PPS: Whoops, it was for UK - US is still missing or maybe never existed.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no Subway Sandwich shops listed for the United States. Confused

Do you, perhaps, have more than one Country Box 'ticked'?

That would explain my third and subsequent attempts then! Laughing

All I can say is that I didn't visibly have two countries ticked, but I often have bad page-update problems on that page and was having to continually "bounce" backwards and forwards (by changing countries, hitting 'refresh' over and over, or selecting 'download' with nothing selected then going 'back' from the error page etc.) in order to get the categories to show, so it could easily have ended up out of sync with itself.

(Using Firefox btw)

F2 - no need to starve Smile

Subway's website has a handy store locator for folks that don't have SatNav POI files Wink It's at http://www.subway.com/Applications/locator/index.aspx

Hope this helps Smile
