NDrive Touch Sat Nav

Hello
I wonder if somebody can help me please.I have always used Tomtom for my sat nav and after looking at halfords for a new one I saw another called NDrive Touch Sat Nav.I have never heard of this make before and was wondering If your speed cameras and POI's will work on this model.For the price it has maps that actually have Google maps with buidings etc on it.

i've never been that impressed with the ndrive systems to be honest... however, they ARE compatible with our speed camera database BUT it uses kml files which are quite awkward to do. i've not yet had chance to create the files for these but if they're now available in halfords then perhaps i should pull my finger out in this regards... thing is, none of us have any of these devices to test the files on!!!

Thanks for your reply I think I will stick with Tomtom the one I know fairly well.

I looked at the NDrive a while back.

From what I can gather they are quite popular within the coaching business as they are frequently advertised in Coach and Bus Week and get good reviews.

kml is not surprising as this is Googles' map POI format. I suppose a VB application could be knocked up to quickly convert from CSV or simliar.
