Hi all, sorry for probably asking a stupid question but although I've had and been using TT for many years now I have just aquired one of those double din china made DVD/TV/GPS/RADIO/DO THE HOUSEWORK head units. It currently has Polnav installed dated 2007, which works ok but I'm having registration problems with the maps but would prefer to install a version of Tom Tom software on it IF any would work on it... do you know ???

I have something similar fitted in my car, TomTom is a waste of time as the processor cannot handle the application and the voice breaks up with the latest application, if you put TTN6 on the device it might work but the maps are so out of date all you are doing is being wasteful with your time as its not worth the effort and the maps/ application are no longer available for purchase.

I have Sygic/ McGuider running on my unit which I am quite happy with and it works very well, have a read through This thread for some pictures that detail how to change the application and which head unit I am using, if it looks anything like my device then the instructions should make some sense - Mike
