Frozen download box

I use a Garmin Nuvi and have been downloading your camera locations successfully for years. Just recently I have found that sometimes the file download box freezes with the message "getting file information." This happens repeatedly and I have found that I have to keep returning to the home page and trying again until eventually the download works. Am I the only one finding this or does pocketworld need a bigger server?

It's not an issue we're aware of here and I've not received other complaints. I can retrieve the files without issue.

Have you tried a different browser? This might help isolate the issue or it could be a problem with your connection?
