Hello...

Apologies for the double posting, but there doesn't seem to be much response in the Speed-Camera Forum....don't think too many people bother wandering through.

I'd like to submit some additional speed cameras that I've logged to the database on this site...but I'm not 100% sure of how to extract the information from POI-Warner to email here.

If anybody's done this and could submit a Nobber's Guide then that'd be great.

Sorry for not posting sooner, but I've only just wandered by...

This is all based on the MN4 v2.6 POI-Warner, so take it with a pinch of salt.

In the directory on the PPC where POI-W is installed there is a directory called "POI" where the POIs are installed :P In there is a file called "recorded.asc" which lists all of the recorded POI's that you have made. Assuming that you only ever record Speed Cameras that should be all of your entries. Copy that file to your PC and email to PocketGPSWorld.

If you record other POIs, and assuming that you click the icon that says "POCKETGPS_UK_SC" when you record a camera POI, then your added POIs will be at the end of the POCKET_UK_SC.asc file.

Both these files have the format lat, long, "comment".
